Coccorrocci Beach
Coccorrocci is one of Ogliastra’s most iconic beaches. Situated in a cove overlooked by Mount Ferru, it stands out for its shoreline of multicolored pebbles smoothed by the sea. A natural mosaic ranging from gray to pink, it’s nestled in a breathtaking panoramic setting and lapped by crystal-clear waters.

How to get there from the Domus de Janas
It can be reached in about 20 minutes by car from the hotel, following the coast south towards Gairo. The last stretch is a dirt road. The beach offers some amenities: it has a large parking lot suitable for campers.

What will you find?
Large, smooth pebbles. The water is immediately deep and a deep blue—ideal for experienced swimmers. Its seabed, rich in inlets, is ideal for spearfishing and snorkeling.

Our advice
Bring water shoes for comfortable walking on the pebbles. Coccorrocci is perfect for those who love deep sea water, and the sunset from here is unforgettable; however, be aware that there are no services available.
