Authentic flavours of Sardinian tradition

The hotel restaurant, “Il Pesciolino”, is one of our ways to tell the story of these territories where mountains, sea and sky come together, providing precious raw materials and authentic flavours.

The kitchen therefore offers typical dishes of the Sardinian culinary tradition characterized by fish and meat specialties, as well as a vegetarian menu, in which all the ingredients come from local producers and fishermen, where possible.
Our pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, open exclusively in the evening, also churns out fragrant pizzas with a thousand flavors with the same authentic ingredients. All accompanied by excellent Sardinian wines and local craft beers.

Open to all guests, not just hotel guests, the large internal rooms of the restaurant and the outdoor area surrounded by greenery offer a welcoming and relaxing environment to enjoy our dishes. In the morning, the restaurant area will allow hotel residents to enjoy our fabulous breakfasts with tasty homemade cakes, biscuits and jams.
