BAR (for everyone):
The bar is open to both guests and visitors from 8:00 to 23:00.
RESTAURANT & PIZZERIA (for everyone):
The restaurant is open for guests and visitors at the following times:
Lunch: 12:30 to 14:30
Dinner: 19:00 to 22:00
The wood-fired oven pizzeria is open exclusively for dinner, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
BREAKFAST (guests):
Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.30 in the restaurant room.
LUNCH TIME (guests):
For those with Full Board service:
From 12:30 to 13:30
DINNER TIME (guests):
For those who have the Half Board or Full Board service:

ROOM SERVICE:
Room service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar is available during service opening hours with a supplement of €5.00.
OUR BAKER’S BREAD:
At the reception you can fill out the appropriate form to request fresh bread every day directly from our trusted baker.
You can collect it in the restaurant starting from 8:30 in the morning or if you prefer directly in your room at the time you set.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
CHECK IN: The room is available from 2:30 pm.
CHECK OUT: The room must be vacated by 10:30 am.
Please respect the times.
It is however possible to use the hotel services throughout the day.
Before departure you can freshen up using the service bathrooms that are at your disposal.
CHECK RECEPTION & KEYS
You can keep the keys with you or leave them at the reception during the day.
From 00.00 the main entrance and the parking lot will be closed, so if you go out in the evening take the keys with you.
When the ground floor is closed, you can reach your room by accessing the external doors of the 1st-2nd-3rd floor which are always open.
Remember that in the room keys you also have the parking keys.
PAYMENT FOR STAY
The cashier for paying for your room is open from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

WI-FI & INTERNET POINT
If you need to check your email or surf the internet, you will find a free computer station at the reception.
If you have your own computer, tablet or smartphone, we will provide you with our free wifi line throughout the hotel.
The name of the network is “DomusdejanasU” with a number following, you must choose the one with the highest signal.
The access password is the same for all: freeinternet6
SAFE
Each room is equipped with a digital combination safe.
You will find instructions for changing the combination next to it.

TOWELS
To respect the environment, towels are not changed every day, so if you want your towels changed every day, put them in the sink, otherwise place them on the appropriate shelves.
BEACH TOWELS
If you do not have a beach towel with you, you can request one at the reception for €5.00
LAUNDRY
You can deliver your laundry to the reception. The cost is €15.00 for a maximum load of 5 kg and the service includes drying.
You will be responsible for separating the colored laundry from the whites or delicates and indicating the degrees of washing, therefore the management is not responsible for any damage to the garments.
SPA, WELLNESS & HEALTH

POOL
Access is free and is permitted from 10:00 to 19:00, during the afternoon and evening rest hours
please do not make noise or disturb the peace of others.
WHIRLPOOL
You’ll find the two-person whirlpool on the third floor, at the end of the rooftop walkway.
GYM
It is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
It is free for all our guests but, given the dangerousness of some of the equipment, children are only allowed access with their parents present.
SPA
It is open from 9:00 in the morning to 21:00, to access it you must buy the cards at the reception that will give you access to the sauna, Turkish bath and hydromassage.
The card costs €10.00 for one session or the package with 4 sessions at €35.00. Each session lasts about 15 minutes.
INFRARED SAUNA AND STEAM BATH
They are located in the building adjacent to the car park. The use of a towel is obligatory and access is permitted for up to 4 persons.

BEACH UMBRELLA & SUN LOUNGERS
You can request our Beach Service at reception by booking it daily or for the duration of your stay.
This service is only offered on the stretch of beach in front of the hotel and includes 2 reclining sunbeds and a parasol that will be placed directly by our staff at 9.00 a.m. and collected in the evening, at a cost of € 15.00 per day. As the beach is free, our staff will assign you a place according to availability at the time.
Alternatively, you can rent only the umbrella.

The hotel has a parking lot reserved for guests of the structure.
The parking gate is closed from midnight to 7 am, but each room is provided with a key to open it.
DISABLED PARKING
There are 2 parking spaces reserved for disabled people inside the parking lot.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES
In the internal parking lot there are parking spaces with 2 charging stations for electric vehicles at an additional cost based on consumption. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are two Enel X EV charging stations.
