DOMUS DE JANAS BEACH RESORT
Our hotel rooms are lovingly furnished and offer a wide range of amenities for a comfortable and pleasant holiday.
Your room includes a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, minibar, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen LCD TV, safe, and independent air conditioning that cools or heats depending on the season. The terraces surrounding the hotel rooms are furnished with a table, chairs, and chaise longues, allowing you to stretch out while admiring the landscapes of Ogliastra and Sardinia.
While we have an excellent restaurant, we also offer rooms with kitchenettes for those who prefer to prepare their meals independently.
Bilocale Primo Piano (Two-room apartment First Floor)
Located on the first floor, facing the sea, these are our largest rooms. They consist of a room with a double bed and a smaller room with a kitchenette and a 3rd bed. Possibly the 4th bed can be placed in either the first or second room. The 3rd bed can be used as a sofa.
Bilocale Secondo Piano (Two-room second floor apartment)
Located on the second floor, facing the sea, these are our rooms with the best view. They consist of a very large bedroom (larger than the mini flat on the 1st floor), which can accommodate up to four beds (one double and two singles), and a kitchen with a table and television (no beds).
Camera Doppia Superior (Superior Double Room)
In a harmonious and relaxing ambience, tastefully furnished, the superior rooms are larger in size than the others, often also have a sofa or can comfortably accommodate a third bed.
Studio Superior
Larger or with a better sea view, our Superior Studios are a selection of our best studios. With all the comforts of studios, some comfortably accommodate a double and a single bed (or sofa).
Studio Superior Family
Our Superior Family Studios, located on the first floor with a terrace facing the sea, have all the comforts of studios. They comfortably accommodate one double and one single bed (or a sofa) and can also accommodate a fourth bed.
Studio
Slightly larger than the double room, with the same comforts, the ideal room for a stay a few steps from the sea, equipped with a small kitchenette, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner on the lovely terrace. It also comfortably accommodates a third bed.
Camera Doppia (Double Room)
Cosy and very comfortable, our double rooms have a double bed (or 2 single beds on request depending on availability) wardrobe, bedside tables, mini bar, flat screen LCD TV, desk and of course a beautiful panoramic terrace.
Mansarda (Attic room)
They are small rooms, located on the third floor, with a beautiful view of the sea and some have totally independent terraces. The ceilings are mansard-roofed, low in places. They are small and pretty, perfect for couples. They cannot accommodate extra beds.
Mansarda Twin (Twin attic room)
These are small rooms, located on the third floor, with a nice view of the sea The ceilings are mansard-roofed, low in places. They are small and pretty, perfect for friends. There are 2 single beds in the room, they cannot accommodate extra beds.
Mansarda mini (Attic mini)
These are the smallest rooms in our hotel, located under the roof on the third floor, with terraces. The ceilings are mansard-roofed, low in places. They are our cheapest rooms, have a double bed, and the same amenities as the other rooms. They cannot accommodate extra beds.
