APRIL
Girasole (April 25 – 26): The perfect starting point that combines the beauty of the coastal lagoon with a strong agricultural and artisan tradition.

Tortolì (2 – 3 May): The beating heart of the area will amaze you with a perfect mix of archaeology, sea and a lively historic centre animated by cooking workshops and dancing in the square.

Osini (6 – 7 June): A journey down memory lane among the Ogliastra heels and the charm of the ancient village of Osini Vecchio, abandoned after the 1951 flood.
Villagrande Strisaili (June 13 – 14): The town of centenarians and wild nature, where hospitality is felt among the centuries-old woods and mountain gastronomic traditions.
Bari Sardo (20 – 21 June): Famous for the Spanish tower that dominates the coast, it is a village rich in textile craftsmanship and flavours linked to the land.
Lanusei (June 27-28): The grand finale of the festival takes place in a garden city overlooking the valley, ideal for enjoying the cool of the hills and the excellent Ogliastra cuisine.

- Culurgiones: The famous fresh pasta ravioli, closed like a herringbone and filled with potatoes, pecorino cheese, and mint. A true culinary work of art.

- Pane Pistoccu: A thicker carasau bread, perfect for dipping and seasoning, it was once the main meal of shepherds during the transhumance.
